DOT: [flatly] The censors still seem concerned with bleeping us out, I see...
YAKKO: Hey, check out the controls! We're in January, 1998!
WAKKO: Faboo! Maybe I can buy one of those Beanie Babies they've removed from the market back in 1999!
DOT: Which means that Kids WB should be announcing their new fall schedule about now...
YAKKO: Which would be our "current" fall schedule, with such "delightful" shows as Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain...
WAKKO:...and "B.R.A.T.S. of the Lost Nebula"'s short lifespan...
DOT: ...and exiling Animaniacs to share Rerun Limbo with the Tiny Toons...
YAKKO: [rubbing his chin] Aaaaand since we have a *time machine*, we could probably alter the past by stopping the network execs from making these asinine alterations to their schedule to begin with...
DOT: ...and head back to February 1999, where we'll still be in production and Pinky and Brain would still be living at Acme Labs!
WAKKO: *Really*? *GREAT*! Uh, wait...I thought altering the past was supposed to be a bad thing....remember that movie we saw with that old guy and that Canadian actor playing that short teenager with the life preserver on?
Y&D: Oh, yeah...
YAKKO: [sad] Then I guess there's no use in trying to change the past, then...besides, for all we know, the execs might decide to come up with something *worse*, like "Waynehead 2" or "Space Jam: the Series"...
[all three Warners shudder]
WAKKO: So, what'll we do now?
DOT: Head back to 1999?
YAKKO: Aaaaaactually, I was thinking we could head off to...bum, bum, *BUM*...*the* *FUTURE*!
DOT: [cheerfully] Yeah! Let's! Maybe we can see how long UPN stays on the air!
WAKKO: Faboo! But how far into the future?
YAKKO: Aaaaaah....[punches the time circuits' control panel...] how's September 23, 2015 sound?
DOT: Why there, Yakko? To see how we all turn out? To see what changes are wrought unto the world? To bring some sports almanacs back with us?
YAKKO: Yeah, but I also wanted to see what the '14-'15 Kids' WB schedule is like!
DOT: Oh....well, OK!
WAKKO: Faboo! Let's go, then!
YAKKO: Right! All right, sibs, prepare for....really nifty special effects!
[Yakko slams the accelerator, and the DeLorean lurches into gear. As it builds up to 88 miles per hour, "really nifty special effects" happen around the car's body, before emitting the usual time-travel sonic booms, with the car vanishing...]
[in the year 2015, the car emerges with the same special effects...]
YAKKO: Cool!
DOT: I'll say! Industrial Light and Magic have really outdone themselves *this* time!
WAKKO: Look! It's the WB studio!
YAKKO: Yeah, but I'll bet it's changed a lot from *ours*! Let's get out and have a look around!
DOT: OK! Maybe Plotzie or Scratchy's still around for us to harass!
WAKKO: And we can see if our show's still in reruns somewhere!
YAKKO: Right! Come, sibs, we're off!
